Are children welcome at the camp of compassion ?

Yes children are welcome. They must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times. Parent/guardians are responsible for their safety and behaviour from the moment they arrive. Whilst we prioritise a safe environment for kids we also ensure adults have a great time at our camp. Fostering a fun compassionate atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

What can I expect in terms of food at the camp of compassion ?

Prepare for a culinary adventure with an array of cuisines from our visiting vendors, we also encourage you to bring your own food to enjoy in the great outdoors camping style. There is also a co-op within a 15 minute drive from the site.

What beverages can I expect at the camp of compassion ?

We've got you covered with the teas and coffees, water and a variety of cold soft drinks. But if you have a favourite beverage, feel free to bring it along to enjoy by the campfire .

Is alcohol allowed at the camp of compassion ?

While alcohol is permitted. We kindly encourage moderation, to maintain the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Our focus is on enjoying the community experience together.

What music can I expect at the camp of compassion ?

Our camp offers a relaxed feel, enhanced by live acoustic music that's perfect for the outdoors. Imagine listening to soothing tunes around the campfire as you unwind! We aim to keep the music at a volume that enhances the atmosphere without overpowering it.

Are personal campfires allowed ?

Yes, personal campfires are allowed, but they must be off-the-floor campfires due to the land and safety considerations. This includes any barbecues or cooking apparatus that people use during camping.

Are campervans welcome at Camp of Compassion ?

Yes, campervans are welcome at Camp of Compassion. We have designated areas for them, and they must remain stationary during the event. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Are dogs allowed to attend Camp of Compassion ?

We assess each case individually. Please email us for more information regarding bringing dogs to the event, but bear in mind that there is livestock in the surrounding fields.
